Joining Complete Savings

The Complete Savings programme is offered by many online retailers. You or someone you authorised to use your credit or debit card would have signed up to join the programme after making an online purchase.

A text banner would have appeared on the confirmation page after you made your purchase, offering you the opportunity to claim £10 cashback on your next purchase at the retailer’s website if you join the programme.

After clicking on this banner, you would have been taken to the Complete Savings registration page. In order to have signed up, you would have entered your name, email and postal address, and credit or debit card details into the Complete Savings registration page. You also would have created and verified a password and clicked ‘Yes’ to agree to our membership terms.

All new members are sent a welcome email to confirm that their account has been created, and also to let them know they can start benefiting from the programme straight away. On the registration page and in the welcome email we let you know that membership is free for the first 30 days so you can try the programme out, and after that it’s only £10 per month. You can cancel your membership at any time.
